The Company may change service functions, structure, and delivery methods, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for operation.
2. User responsibilities
Users must use the service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms, and are responsible for their own devices, accounts, network environment, stored files, and transfer targets.
- Users must verify the legality of transferred files and whether they hold the necessary rights.

4. Scope of responsibility when using the public tunnel server

However, due to the nature of network operation, limited network information such as IP addresses may be processed in order to relay connections and maintain service stability and security.
Users must understand and accept the possibility of network delay, connection failure, external environment variables, and third-party network issues when using the public tunnel server.
5. Service interruption and changes
The Company may temporarily limit or suspend all or part of the service in the event of system maintenance, security response, service improvements, policy changes, external infrastructure problems, or force majeure.
The Company may change functions, design, connection methods, supported platforms, and scope of service as needed for stable operation.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of warranty
The service is provided as-is. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation in every environment.
The Company's liability may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law for damage caused by the circumstances described below.
- Problems caused by a user's device, network environment, firewall, or lack of storage
- Failures caused by third-party services, app stores, operating systems, or internet connectivity
